Graintec Z - Type Bucket Elevators
Vertical transport
The Z type bucket elevator is mainly used to transport the product from the low position to the required height and distance.
The material is transported through the hopper suspended on the chain, which can be combined horizontally-vertically-horizontally, and can be single-pointed.
Or multi-point feeding, single-point or multi-point unloading is completed through the unloading device, the bucket capacity is 1.8L, 4L, 6L, and the feeding height is about 500 mm.
Portable Single Outlet

When the additional material is introduced, it lays on the top of moving material and is conveyed towards the discharge at the same rate as the chain.
Drag chains carry the grains along entire depth of conveyor on special UHMWPE liners at an equal discharge rate and thus most of the material is gently carried on to form another layer of material.
Plugging is eliminated as return chain limits the material to maximum level.
